This is a modern and cozy care home with 36 places distributed across four departments. Each department has eight rooms, including one double room. You will be part of a stable and committed team working together to ensure each resident receives safe and high-quality care. The position is 75%, with potential for increased employment within the administration. Working hours include day, evening, and weekend shifts. Your New Job As a Nurse Assistant in a residential care facility, you will provide personal care and services to residents. You will work to promote their physical, mental, and social health. Your mission is to support residents and facilitate their daily life. You will provide personalized care based on individual needs and perform delegated healthcare interventions, such as specific care and rehabilitation. You will collaborate with other Nurse Assistants, Care Assistants, Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Coordinators, and Unit Managers. An important part of your work is regularly documenting in our operational systems. Typical Work Tasks • Assisting residents with personal hygiene and basic care • Supporting mobility • Medication administration according to medical delegation and prescription • Various types of sample collection • Bandaging • Caring for different internal access points (e.g., urinary catheter or stoma) • Basic wound dressing • Care documentation • Primary contact responsibilities Your Competence Requirements • Certified Nurse Assistant • Excellent Swedish language skills, both written and verbal • Good computer skills Meriting Factors • Work experience in elderly care • Experience with the Viva operational system • Experience with tube feeding management We Are Seeking We are looking for someone who is proactive, service-oriented, and has a good ability to collaborate.
