At Rosenhäll, you will help develop the care and nursing home of the future.
Rosenhäll Care and Nursing Home is beautifully located in direct contact with scenic surroundings, focused on care. Here, proximity to nature is combined with a pleasant living environment.
The facility consists of three units, all specializing in somatic care and offering 30 apartments in each unit. We strive to meet each individual's unique needs and provide them with a safe and meaningful daily life that allows our residents to feel good and live well.
We are looking for a trained nursing assistant who wants to contribute to care that truly makes a difference. You will work based on the national elderly care value base where self-determination, security, and meaningfulness are central. Together, we create a daily life where each individual is seen and met according to their unique needs and conditions.
Job Responsibilities
Together with your team, you create security and continuity for our residents. You become an important support in their daily life and a natural part of their social context.
You will also drive change - we are constantly seeking new, smart ways of working, with the goal of offering modern and meaningful elderly care. Through specific representative roles, you will have the opportunity to specialize and contribute to making the quality of care for our service users as broad and strong as possible.
Your task is to provide our residents with safe and good care based on each individual's needs.
Job responsibilities include supporting users in daily life and strengthening their abilities and resources so that everyday life is experienced as comprehensible, manageable, and meaningful.
You will, among other things:
- Strengthen users' abilities and resources
- Help with personal care, cleaning, and laundry
- Support during meals and social activities
- Document interventions and follow up on needs
- Perform healthcare interventions delegated by nurses
- Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals in the team
We work with personal contact and representative assignments, which gives you the opportunity to develop and contribute to the development of the operation. The elderly care value base and a health-promoting approach are the foundation for how work is organized and performed.
As a nursing assistant, you will work days, evenings, and every other weekend, filling an important function in our team.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a trained nursing assistant with a protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare/service certificate confirming continuous employment with the title of nursing assistant as of July 1, 2023
- Has good Swedish language skills, both verbally and in
