About the Role
As a care assistant, you are responsible for ensuring that our users within our care services have a good and secure existence. Your tasks include providing care and executing planned interventions.
The tasks also include delegated medical duties and documentation in our system, Lifecare.
As a pool employee, you will replace regular staff who are temporarily absent. You will receive shifts to work through a booking system.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is a trained care assistant. Previous experience in elderly care and LSS operations is advantageous. You have good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written. A valid driver's license (B) is required.
As a person, you are collaborative and have the ability to adapt your work to the needs and situations of different residents. You are attentive, responsible, and communicate clearly.

More Information and Application
This position is a temporary contract starting on January 1, 2026, or by agreement. The employment is limited until March 31, 2026, with a chance for extension.
