About this role

Are you caring, responsible, and want to make a difference in people's daily lives? Then you might be the person we're looking for! At Trygghetscentrum, we work with home care services where each individual is at the center. About the Position: As a nursing assistant with us, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our care recipients, create security, and support them in their daily lives. You'll become an important part of their lives and contribute to helping them live independently, with respect and dignity. We are seeking someone who: • Is a trained nursing assistant with equivalent experience. • Is empathetic, attentive, and committed to people's well-being. • Can work independently but also as part of a team. • Has a genuine interest in elderly and individuals needing support in daily life. We offer: • A meaningful workplace with a strong focus on the individual. • Professional development and support in your work. • Pleasant colleagues and a work environment centered on care and respect. At Trygghetscentrum, everything we do is permeated by Proximity – Security – Balance, and we always work with the individual at the center. As an employee, you will have the opportunity to influence and develop the organization together as a team. Communication will be open, and there are great opportunities to develop your skills and "climb" within the company. We strive to create an environment where each care recipient feels seen, heard, and respected. Working in home care largely involves independent work, but also requires good collaboration skills with colleagues and other partner organizations to ensure smooth operations. Tasks involve supporting care recipients in daily activities, which includes assistance with personal hygiene, cleaning, laundry, shopping, daily training, activities, and walks, depending on the approved support services. We base our work on a systemic and psychodynamic approach aimed at developing interaction between individuals and their environment. The work is characterized by significant flexibility and salutogenic elements focusing on building, strengthening, and developing networks around care recipients, grounded in belief in each individual's ability to constructively manage their surroundings, relationships, and circumstances. Previous experience in elderly care and home care services is required. We seek someone with a genuine interest in working with people, with the ability to see the big picture while recognizing each individual's conditions and needs. You should be responsible, attentive, humble, and have good self-awareness. Requirements include: • Fluency in Swedish (written and spoken) • Computer literacy • Willingness to learn workplace systems • Ability to perform high-quality, safe work • Follow organizational routines and guidelines • Participate in quality improvement activities • Bicycle and B driver's license • Nursing assistant qualification • Clean criminal record We value specialized competence in areas such as dementia, diabetes, palliative care, and basic hygiene.
