Do you want to make a real difference in people's daily lives – and work in a varied, developing role with responsibility and freedom? The night patrol of Sundbyberg City is now looking for a nursing assistant for a permanent position. With us, you will have a meaningful job with freedom, responsibility, and a strong sense of community. About us The night patrol in Sundbyberg City is responsible for the safety of our residents with home care and emergency alarms during the night. We meet people in their homes during the quietest hours of the day – when our presence makes the most difference. Here, you will work alongside dedicated colleagues in a close-knit team that always supports one another. We are eight people working in pairs, sharing experiences and solving challenges together – whether it involves an emergency alarm or a warm conversation with a care recipient. We are often the first on the scene before an ambulance or nurse arrives, which requires good judgment, calmness, and confidence in the professional role. Both technology and empathy are important tools in our daily work – and the sense of community within the group is an equally vital part of the strength of our work. We are now looking for someone who wants to be part of our night team and contribute to making every night in Sundbyberg feel safe. You find it easy to collaborate but also enjoy taking your own initiatives and making independent decisions. You see the value in working closely with others and contributing to a strong team spirit – where we support each other, share knowledge, and help one another create safety for our care recipients. You have a genuine interest in people, technology, and quality in care. We would like you to have previous night work experience and understand what it entails – both the independence and responsibility that come with the job, as well as the camaraderie that arises when solving tasks together during the quietest hours of the night. We place great importance on your personality, commitment, and willingness to contribute to both a safe working environment and a secure night for the residents of Sundbyberg.
