About this role
Care and Care Administration is seeking an experienced nursing assistant for night shift at Sollidenvägen 64C.
We offer a safe and pleasant workplace focused on quality care. The unit is divided across two floors with a total of 52 apartments, located near forests and beautiful walking paths. We strive for a good work environment where collaboration and responsibility are crucial. Together, we aim to provide the elderly we care for with a daily life characterized by quality and that extra special touch.
The night team consists of ten employees, five on each floor. Two nursing assistants work per floor each night, collaborating closely to provide residents with security, excellent care, and support during nighttime. There is a strong collaborative spirit and collegial support among colleagues.
We are now seeking a nursing assistant for a 84.08% position, or as agreed. Start date is earliest December 11th, or by arrangement. Work follows a rotating five-week schedule with night shift hours from 20:55–07:05.
Your New Job
As a nursing assistant in municipal residential care, you will provide personal care and service for residents. You will work to promote residents' physical, mental, and social health. Your mission is to support and facilitate residents during the night. You will provide personalized care based on individual needs and perform delegated healthcare tasks such as specific care and rehabilitation. You will collaborate with nursing assistants and nurses in the night organization as needed. Documenting in our operational systems is also a crucial part of your responsibilities.

• Medication administration according to medical delegation
• Sample collection (blood glucose or urine)
• Preparing light meals
• Care documentation
• Recruitment for short-term morning absences
• Responding to alarms
• Light cleaning tasks
Your Competence
Requirements
• Certified nursing assistant
• Minimum 2 years of eldercare work experience
• Excellent Swedish language skills, spoken and written
Merits

• Good computer skills
