About this role

Psychiatry South Stockholm aims to become a leading example within Swedish psychiatry. We achieve this by working person-centered, providing the right competencies for the patient's needs, emphasizing the application of evidence-based guidelines and care programs, and we continue to invest ambitiously in development work in the areas of patient safety, person-centered care, care processes, and of course, our staff. We are over 1,200 dedicated employees who want to offer our patients good, safe, and equitable care. We are now entering a new era! In the autumn of 2025, Stockholm County's Healthcare Area (SLSO) will launch Stockholm Psychosis Care – a newly formed organization that will gather all psychosis outpatient and inpatient care units within SLSO into a common operation. About the Gubbängen Psychosis Clinic We are a team passionate about patients with psychotic disorders. Important values for us are patient focus, accessibility, good reception, and patient-perceived quality. The Gubbängen Psychosis Clinic receives patients with psychotic disorders primarily residing in the districts of Farsta, Skarpnäck, and Vantör. The clinic consists of specialist doctors, case managers, a mobile team, and a nursing reception. Additionally, paramedics and secretaries work at the clinic. In total, we are about 30 people. Your role as a nursing assistant in the Mobile Team The working method is based on "Less Intensive Case Management in the form of the Resource Model" and emphasizes continuity and flexibility in responding to a patient group with varying care needs. The Mobile Team primarily works on behalf of the clinic's case managers or, in some cases, on behalf of general psychiatric clinics within the clinic. The assignments can vary in nature. Administration of medication to patients at home and in residential facilities is a significant part of the job. Other tasks may include picking up patients for the clinic's medication reception or supporting patients in activities that help maintain and promote good health. We work in the data journal system Take Care. Our expectations of you The job requires good collaboration skills as well as the ability to work independently. Flexibility and a sense of service are important. You must be able to meet people with varying emotional states, both in the patient's home and at the clinic. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. We expect you to have previous healthcare experience, preferably within psychiatry. Requirements: Proof of protected professional title for nursing assistants or an employer certificate confirming that you had a permanent position as a nursing assistant on July 1, 2023, in accordance with the transitional provisions (2021:739) in the Patient Safety Act (2010:659). If you are applying with an employer certificate, you should attach your nursing assistant diploma. A valid driver's license and driving experience. What can we offer you? We offer the opportunity to work in a workplace that allows for personal and professional development at both the individual and group levels. We provide a work environment where we collectively ensure that patients receive the best possible care. As an employer, we care about our employees' health and well-being and offer, among other things, flexible working hours, wellness hours, and a wellness allowance of 5,000 SEK. The position is permanent, 100% with a 37-hour workweek. The schedule consists of day shifts, evening shifts, and weekend shifts. Does this sound interesting? We warmly welcome your application! The position will be filled provided that it is not needed for internal relocation, according to current regulations.
