About this role
Department 3 is an inpatient ward within the Vrinnevi Hospital's medical clinic.
We specialize in lung and kidney medicine, hematology, and specialist palliative care. In Department 3, we care for everything from acutely ill patients to those with chronic and incurable conditions, as well as patients receiving end-of-life care.
We now need to strengthen our team with an additional skilled nursing assistant colleague.

Job Description
As a nursing assistant, you will assist with standard nursing assistant tasks in the care of patients. You will work in a learning environment, and your responsibilities will include providing the basic care that our patients need. You will also manage tasks such as caring for urinary catheters, wound care, venipuncture, handling EKGs, and managing other lung-specific medical technology. You will work in a care team alongside nurses, doctors, and paramedics to provide person-centered and value-creating care.

About You
We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant. We see that you are engaged, flexible, and eager to be part of a constantly evolving organization. You work well with others and relate to them in a responsive and smooth manner. As a person, you are proactive and communicative. Since the job involves contact with colleagues, patients, and relatives, it is important that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language.
