We have 36 apartments for permanent residence. We operate from a person-centered perspective where the individual’s needs are the focus. Responsibilities Provide good care and support, assisting residents so they experience a meaningful daily life. The residents' needs for care and support form the basis of our work. Your responsibilities include delegated health and medical tasks, as well as documenting in operational systems and following up in other relevant systems. You will actively participate in the planning of operations during workplace meetings, development days, and in daily work. You will work at Mariagården, but a portion of the position will be allocated as a resource at a limited number of other workplaces within Gislaveds Municipality. Qualifications Completion of a nursing program with at least a passing grade or other education deemed equivalent by the employer. A valid B driver's license. You should be flexible, independent, have a good approach, strong work ability, and collaboration skills, as well as being loyal and working towards set goals. You must have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Personal suitability is highly valued.
