We are looking for two nursing assistants: • One position is for a dementia specialist nursing assistant. • The other position is for someone with nursing assistant training, responsible for regular care and support services for residents. The facility is located in Sundsbruk, near Birsta. The residence has 32 places, distributed over four floors with eight residents per floor. Two floors are designated for somatic care needs and two for dementia care. The residence is staffed around the clock. The positions involve day/evening shifts as well as weekends. Nearby, there are both schools and preschools, as well as green areas. Good bus connections are available. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The core of the work is to implement and carry out approved services. You will provide care and service to our residents based on a person-centered and ethical approach. The work must be performed professionally, where each individual is met with attentiveness and respect. Included tasks: • Provide personal care and high-quality service. • Participate in establishing and following up on implementation plans in close collaboration with the resident and their relatives. • Perform laundry, cleaning, and kitchen tasks, as well as some escorting as needed. • Encourage daily activities, either individually or in groups. • Document in SOL and HSL and engage with existing reporting. • Manage deviations in the Stella and Flexite systems. • Handle absences and leave in Heroma. • Mentor, for example, new employees. • Contribute to the development of the operation and your own working methods. • Perform delegated tasks according to HSL. • Manage the digital alarm system with precision and commitment. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for two dedicated nursing assistants for our residence: • One position is for a trained nursing assistant. • The other position is for a specialist dementia nursing assistant. Previous experience as a nursing assistant is an advantage. We expect you to have experience working with digital tools and to be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. As a person, you are flexible, empathetic, and have pedagogical insight. You are relationship-building, service-oriented, and clear in your communication. You have a holistic view, can prioritize and plan your work, and actively contribute to a positive work environment. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
