We are now looking for a nursing assistant for Kastanjegården! **About the Position** The position involves working every other weekend, with varying shifts during the day and evening. There is also the option to work only evenings. We work in teams divided across three floors, where each floor has its own kitchen and living room. Collaboration between groups is a natural part of our work, which means you may sometimes work across multiple floors. We follow a structured schedule, where resource shifts may occur. At Kastanjegården, our own chefs prepare all meals on-site – something we are very proud of. Together with the care staff, they help create a pleasant and homely dining experience for our residents. We also have two day-responsible nursing assistants who coordinate the work and support the other staff. **Your Responsibilities** As a nursing assistant, your primary task is to provide support and assistance according to the agreed-upon services under the Social Services Act. The work is based on participation, where the individual's wishes and needs are always at the center. We offer you a responsible and meaningful job with the opportunity to take on your own areas of responsibility to promote your development in the professional role. **Who Are You?** We are looking for someone who: - Has proof of a protected professional title for nursing assistant from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate from a previous employer confirming that you had a permanent position as a nursing assistant on July 1, 2023. - Has good computer skills and can express themselves well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. - Has a positive attitude and contributes to a good work environment. - Is self-assured, can work independently, and take initiative. - Is also a good team player and collaborates well with colleagues and other professional groups. - Has a respectful and humble approach towards the residents.
