JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a new committed employee for Ingelstad Home Care Services. We are a work group of approximately 30 people.
As a nursing assistant with us, you will work to ensure our care recipients have a good daily life by providing personal care and support, activation, social interaction, exercise and outdoor activities, and services such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and shopping. Through good treatment and a professional approach, you will provide our care recipients with the best possible opportunities. We work with dedicated care contacts, where one of our most important tools is the individual's implementation plan, which we all take responsibility for. You will read and document in our operational system.
We implement delegated tasks from nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. Care intensity varies, and no two days are the same. We work in the individual's home, so working conditions can vary significantly. In home care services, we work with daily planning, which requires you to be stress-resistant and independent. The day can change quickly, and we need staff who are flexible in thinking and can adapt to new circumstances rapidly.
QUALIFICATIONS
To be considered for the position, you must have an approved education from the care and nursing program and have experience working in home care services. As a person, you are solution-focused and calm. You are confident and easy to collaborate with. A professional approach is crucial, where you as an employee are attentive and flexible towards care recipients, colleagues, and the organization's needs. A B driver's license is required.
You need to have a positive mindset and a willingness to contribute to a positive work environment.
