Ankarsrum/Hjorted Home Care Services Ankarsrum-Hjorted Home Care Services is part of the elderly care in the southern part of Västervik Municipality. We offer help with both care and services. Your Responsibilities Your tasks involve providing care, help, and support to clients based on their individual needs and creating a meaningful daily life for them. You will also develop implementation plans for clients you are assigned to. We work with a salutogenic approach, which means we focus on the healthy aspects of each individual. You will work according to a schedule covering day, evening, and weekend shifts in Ankarsrum/Hjorted Home Care Services. The Social Administration in Västervik Municipality is implementing desired employment levels, which means you will eventually be able to choose your preferred work hours. Your Qualifications We are looking for candidates with a diploma from a healthcare and social care program or equivalent education as assessed by the employer. The position requires basic IT skills to work with our documentation systems. You must also have basic Swedish language skills in speaking and writing. It is important that you have strong empathetic abilities, can listen to and understand clients' diverse needs, and have a desire to meet these needs in the best possible way. The position requires you to be responsible and have a flexible work approach. You need to be attentive and have good collaboration skills with clients, relatives, and colleagues. Additional Requirements This position requires a B driver's license and experience driving a manual transmission vehicle.
