About this role
Job Responsibilities
Are you looking for a job where you can make a concrete difference for people every day? Do you want to work in a personal and varied environment? Then this might be for you. We are now seeking three full-time nursing assistants at Torpavallsgatan Eastern Home Care.
We share facilities with four other units.
For us, job satisfaction is important. We work in teams and have close collaboration within the group and with home healthcare. We work according to the Social Services Act and the national core values, always putting the care recipient at the center and believing it's important that they are involved in designing their own care. In our group, you'll have the opportunity to develop in your professional role, take responsibility, and work independently.
Home care work involves providing care and support to individuals in their own homes. You'll travel to the individual's home on foot, by bicycle, or by car. As a nursing assistant, you help make their daily life function and become meaningful. In your work, you focus on the individual's strengths. All social documentation is done digitally. If you haven't previously used the systems used by the City of Gothenburg, you'll receive training in them.
