We operate from the home care center at Vårväderstorget 5 in Södra Biskopsgården. Making someone feel safe at home is the core of your mission as a nursing assistant. In home care, you work together with colleagues in your care team to create continuity, trust, and care that meets each individual's needs. We work with dedicated care contacts. You are often the person who starts the day with the care recipient, ensuring daily life functions and that life can continue to be lived at home, on their own terms. The goal is for you to focus on providing support and care • You will receive strong support: planners, close support, and care counselors who work closely with you. Qualifications We are seeking candidates who: • Are trained nursing assistants, can show the National Board of Health and Welfare's certificate of protected professional title, or demonstrate employment as a nursing assistant when new regulations were introduced • Have experience in care and support work • Are required to be a contact person/dedicated care contact as part of the professional role • Can create and follow up on implementation plans • Have good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, for communicating with colleagues, having conversations with elderly, and documentation • Possess a B driver's license and driving experience Advantageous for this role: - Ability to cycle - Experience in social documentation, implementation plans, and contact person/dedicated care contact work Who We Seek: In home care, you work closely with colleagues and care recipients.
