We are now seeking nursing assistants for Hagen Grimmereds Home Care Service on Redegatan.

We are now looking for nursing assistants for two permanent positions. We, your future colleagues, see that you are attentive to the care recipients' needs. We work to ensure good quality and a positive work environment where the team is our foundation. As a nursing assistant in home care, you will work together with reception representatives and care counselors at the central office who support us in care and support work.
Working in elderly care gives you the opportunity to contribute to life joy and well-being. The goal is for care recipients to have meaningful days, where you provide good care and social support. You will have the opportunity to develop in your professional role while making a difference for those we serve. Our operations run every day, which means you will work days, evenings, and weekends according to schedule.
Home care work involves supporting and helping care recipients in their own homes based on approved interventions. You will travel to individuals' homes on foot, by bicycle, or by car. Our surroundings are very beautiful. Your work includes practical help with personal hygiene and care, support during meals, activities, laundry, cleaning, and more. You will also perform health and medical tasks according to instructions and delegation from a nurse. All documentation is done digitally.
As a home care nursing assistant, you will have a varied job where you contribute to a dignified and meaningful life.
About You
Requirements
• We are seeking someone who is a trained nursing assistant, can show the National Board of Health and Welfare's certificate of protected professional title, or can demonstrate employment as a nursing assistant when the new regulations were introduced
• Bicycle proficiency
• As we document and communicate in Swedish, you need to be able to speak and write Swedish
Meriting but not required
• Work experience in healthcare and social care
• Class B driver's license
Personal Qualities
As a home care nursing assistant, you are pleasant and helpful to other people even in stressful situations. At work, you take responsibility for your and the group's tasks. You are also committed to completing what you have started and ensure that the work is done correctly.
You communicate information and ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing. You ensure that your message gets across. Work tasks vary, so it is important that you can adapt how you work when things change.
