As a nursing assistant, you will be the primary care contact with overall responsibility for planning, follow-up, and close dialogue with care recipients and their relatives. You will support the care recipients in their daily lives with personal care, meals, and social activities. You will perform health and medical care tasks delegated by a nurse, physiotherapist, and occupational therapist. All documentation is done digitally, and training in our systems is included.

**Qualifications**
**Requirements:**
We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant, can provide proof of protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare, or can demonstrate that you were employed as a nursing assistant when the new regulations were introduced.
**Meritorious:**
• Experience in care and support work
• You can cycle and are willing to use a bicycle for work
• A valid driver's license (B) is required for certain units
**Personal Competencies:**
As a nursing assistant in home care, you meet people with respect and consideration. You are calm and composed even in stressful situations and can make wise decisions when necessary.
You work independently, take responsibility, and drive the work forward, always focusing on the care recipient's needs. With your positive attitude and ability to build trust, you contribute to a safe and pleasant everyday life for the care recipients.
