We are looking for a care assistant/caregiver for home care services in Böda. Primarily, we are seeking individuals who are certified nursing assistants, but those without formal training are also welcome to apply.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Care and support in ordinary or special housing. You will work closely with care recipients in their homes and in a team with colleagues, home healthcare, municipal rehabilitation, caseworkers, and unit managers.
We operate based on the orders of the caseworker and perform the services that are approved under the Social Services Act. We work according to our core values and dignity guarantees. A good attitude and approach are essential prerequisites. We continuously engage in quality improvement work.
You should be able to receive and carry out delegated health and medical care tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who are a certified nursing assistant or caregiver with a B driver's license.
Education and experience are advantageous. We prefer candidates who have experience working with elderly individuals, and your approach should be professional. You should have an interest in working in elderly care that is centered around the individual, where the needs and wishes of the individual guide your work. You should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Your attitude is positive, and you see it as your natural responsibility to contribute to a positive work environment.
