Here, we provide home care services according to SoL and strive to give our elderly a safe, independent, and meaningful everyday life. We are divided into five work groups with over 30 employees. A Day at Work As a nursing assistant, you work closely with home care recipients in their homes and contribute to security and quality of life. Work tasks include personal care, service interventions, documentation in digital systems, and establishing and following up on implementation plans according to IBIC. You have a special responsibility as a designated care contact and collaborate with relatives and professionals such as nurses and care managers. You work both independently and in teams, use digital tools, and actively contribute to business development. With us, you are not just an executor – you are also a developer. Requirements: - Education as a nursing assistant (care and nursing program) with protected professional title. - Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. - Good computer skills and experience with digital documentation. - Physical ability to handle an active job with movements, stairs, and mobility. Meritorious: - B driver's license (automatic) – you drive municipal vehicles on duty. - Experience working in home care or elderly care. - Experience with digital care systems (e.g., Phoniro, Combine). - Experience working as a designated care contact and with person-centered care.
