JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Your tasks as a nursing assistant in home care are creative, enjoyable, and varied. It is a rewarding, flexible, and independent work where you meet service users with different support and care needs. You will focus on the user's needs and work towards positive interactions and good cooperation. The work includes: - Personal care - Household-related services - Health and medical tasks (based on delegation) - Documentation - Collaboration and teamwork The work is done in cooperation with other professional categories such as rehabilitation staff, care assistants, nurses, social workers, coordinators, and managers. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for competent colleagues who want to work in a team with our dedicated and knowledgeable home care staff in Vårgårda Municipality. Completed healthcare and nursing program or equivalent education as assessed by the employer. For employment as a nursing assistant, the National Board of Health and Welfare's certification for using the professional title is required. You must be proficient in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Previous experience in writing implementation plans is meritorious. A driver's license and ability to cycle are necessary. Home Care is undergoing a development process to become a unified service, and part of this work involves establishing a functional approach to fixed care contacts. We place great importance on your ability to create good relationships with service users and their relatives. Previous experience in healthcare and social care is considered meritorious. A professional license must be presented before a job offer is made. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION In Vårgårda Municipality, full-time is the norm with the option of part-time work. When full-time assignments are not available, positions may be combined with other tasks or at another workplace.
