Job Description
The primary role of a nursing assistant is to provide good individual care and service centered around the needs of the client, in accordance with the assistance decision and implementation plan, while respecting the client's integrity, participation, and autonomy. Create security, meaning, and well-being based on a salutogenic perspective. We work according to the values of elderly care, ensuring that the elderly live a dignified life and experience well-being. The tasks also include IT-based documentation and administration, as well as delegated health and medical care duties. Daytime, evening, and weekend shifts are required.
Qualifications
Completion of the Health and Care Program with passing grades in core subjects or other education deemed equivalent by the employer. Good computer skills are necessary. Since you will be interacting with clients, relatives, trainees, and colleagues, it is important that you have an interest in helping others and that you are calm, attentive, and communicative in your interactions. The position requires good collaboration skills, flexibility, independence, and the ability to quickly adapt to new conditions, as solo work is common. Personal suitability is of great importance.
Your role as an employee is closely linked to your ability to collaborate and participate in your own and the organization's development. With us, this means having good cooperation with your manager and colleagues, both at your own workplace and within the broader municipal organization.
