JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a skilled and well-functioning home care team where the client is always the focus. The responsibilities include providing service, care, and home healthcare support. You will also accompany clients on errands, such as walks, medical appointments, or shopping.
In some cases, home healthcare may involve advanced tasks, and you should be prepared to receive delegation and perform these tasks after training. You should be able to work independently with clients.
Client focus is essential – great emphasis is placed on always having a positive attitude towards our clients and colleagues. A professional approach is prioritized in our work.
QUALIFICATIONS
To be considered for the position, it is required to have a recognized qualification from a healthcare and social care program or experience in elderly care (home care). Proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is also required, along with a valid B driver's license.
The position is a temporary contract for the year 2026 (January to December) with the possibility of extension. It can be part-time or full-time depending on agreement, but at least 80%. Working hours will be scheduled during the day, in the evening, and every other weekend.
Home care is a field that is constantly evolving, so it is beneficial if you are flexible and enjoy a varied work environment.
To be eligible for employment, you must provide a police record extract according to § 9, 1st paragraph.
