About this role

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a nursing assistant in home healthcare. Welcome to apply to our healthcare center located in a picturesque waterfront setting. At the healthcare center, we provide general practitioner services, district nurse-led diabetes, asthma/COPD, and blood pressure clinics. There is also a well-staffed psychology clinic. In addition, we have a well-equipped local lab, child healthcare (BVC), and home healthcare services. We currently have approximately 7,200 registered patients and 20 employees. This is done based on individual delegations where you are required to pass knowledge tests and demonstrate practically that you possess the necessary skills for the assignment. The work is independent, and since it is performed in the patient's home, you need to be comfortable in environments where there are pets and cigarette smoke. All patients are within walking distance. Documentation is done in the TakeCare journal system. About you: We place great emphasis on personal suitability and are looking for someone who is accustomed to working independently, has good collaboration skills with other professional groups, and uses a flexible working approach. You work with an ethical and medical mindset and feel responsible for your patients and the organization. Qualifications: - You are a trained nursing assistant with proof of a protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare. - You are comfortable and self-sufficient in your role as a nursing assistant. - Experience with the TakeCare journal system. It is advantageous if: - You have experience in home healthcare. - You have previously worked at a healthcare center and are familiar with sampling, wound care, and reception work. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. Employment type: Permanent position. Full-time. Part-time can be discussed. Working hours are Monday to Friday. A probationary period may apply.
