We are looking for a dedicated nursing assistant for our dementia unit at Billingshälls SÄBO in Kävlinge Municipality!

You will work in a team providing quality care, social support, and delegated medical interventions based on individual needs.
Are you the one we are looking for?
You have completed a nursing and care program and/or other equivalent education. To verify that you are a trained nursing assistant, you must upload your educational transcripts as an attachment to your application.
You have experience working with the elderly and individuals diagnosed with dementia, which is an advantage, as well as experience in medical and social care work.
You are present in your work and place the individual's needs at the center with a respectful and empowering approach. You have a genuine interest in people, value good care, and engage with others warmly.
You are responsible, goal-oriented, and build good relationships with both care recipients, relatives, and colleagues. You are positive, committed, and enjoy working both independently and in a team. You see opportunities, communicate well in both spoken and written forms, and are eager to contribute ideas that develop the organization.

About the employment
When you apply for a job with us, we will ask you to provide a copy of your criminal record extract from the Police. Once you have received your extract, you will present it to the hiring manager. Please note that the normal processing time at the police is approximately two weeks, so we recommend ordering the extract when you apply for the position. Please note that you will need to present a passport or national ID card issued by the police during the interview.
