Ceciliagården consists of four departments with a total of 32 apartments, and there are shared kitchens and living rooms in each department. The unit also houses Götene Municipality's day care for dementia patients, Gläntan. The atmosphere at Ceciliagården is calm, and we work according to the guiding principles of kindness, dignity, and warmth. **Job Responsibilities** As a nursing assistant, you will ensure that each individual receives help with the services granted under the Social Services Act. We work from a salutogenic approach where the individual should have participation and influence over how and when the granted services are to be performed. Here at Ceciliagården, a high degree of innovation and flexibility is required. We use activity planning tools to ensure that residents receive the assistance they are entitled to. You need to have proof of a Protected Professional Title from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate from a previous employer confirming that you had a permanent position as a nursing assistant as of July 1, 2023. Experience working with dementia is considered an asset. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. **Conditions** Permanent employment at 100%, with a start date according to agreement.
