As a nursing assistant with us, you will be part of a staff group of approximately 40 colleagues distributed across four units, including 7 night staff and a coordinator working 50% in care and 50% as a coordinator. We work from a humanistic approach where residents are at the center. You are a crucial part of the residents' well-being and have the ability to listen and understand the residents' various needs. At Bonargården, we have good conditions for creating a pleasant living and working environment, both indoors and outdoors. We collaborate with all professionals involved in the team around the resident, as well as relatives and next of kin. The job includes introducing and mentoring new colleagues and students. The kitchens at Bonargården are open with a kitchen island in each unit, where nursing assistants prepare meals for 10 residents. Each employee receives food handling training before starting cooking. Cooking is scheduled, meaning staff rotate between working in care and in the kitchen. The position involves working every weekend (30 hours/week). Working hours are on Saturday and Sunday, plus one day during the week of 6 hours. QUALIFICATIONS • The position requires a nursing assistant degree and proof of professional certification from the National Board of Health and Welfare. • You have a genuine interest in working with people. For us, this means you have good collaboration skills, contribute to a good work environment, take great responsibility, have a professional approach, and a person-centered working method to meet residents' individual care and social support needs. • You have an interest in food and cooking as it is part of the job. • You perform delegated interventions according to the Health and Medical Services Act. • We value your ability to make independent decisions, have good self-awareness, a good sense of humor, and a focus on residents. We place great importance on personal suitability. You should contribute workplace joy, a positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, flexibility, direct and honest communication, and be open to ideas outside the box, solution-focused. • It is meritorious to have good computer skills and be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
