WORK TASKS
As a nursing assistant with us, you are an important part of the team and contribute to ensuring our residents have a meaningful and safe everyday life. You will work with individualized care and have:
• Scheduled activity time for residents
• Allocated administrative time
• A stimulating environment where you have great opportunities to influence and develop operations
QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements:
• Proof of protected professional title for nursing assistant, or covered by transition regulations (permanent employment as nursing assistant as of July 1, 2023)
Meriting
• Experience working in elderly care
• Good digital documentation skills
As a person, you have a good approach and genuine commitment to the assignment. You are flexible within the operation and work group. You have good collaboration skills and are accustomed to prioritizing tasks. You are confident in your role and want to work with the resident in focus. It is appreciated if you have an interest in technology, as we have implemented a new emergency call system. In your work, you are comfortable with irregular working hours and value flexibility.
Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
