We are seeking nursing assistants for the Staffing Pool!
Around 900 committed employees work together in the municipality to provide the best possible service to citizens. Your Responsibilities
As a member of the staffing pool, your work field will be broad and varied. We have a service area that includes nursing homes, dementia care, short-term housing, home care, personal assistance, LSS activities, social psychiatry, and daily activities. In your work, you will provide personal care, support, and service interventions based on the individual needs and resources of the users, and contribute to social activation. The role includes many rewarding contacts with our users, their relatives, and other actors around the individual. Candidate Profile
We are seeking a qualified nursing assistant. You should have at least two years of experience in care and support work, and we prefer experience in both elderly care and disability support. You are confident, flexible, and solution-oriented with a focus on the whole. We are looking for a professional approach characterized by positive interaction with the individual at the center. You should be easy to collaborate with and enjoy that no two days are the same. This position requires a B driver's license.
About the Position
This is a permanent position at 90% with working hours during day, evening, and weekend shifts.
