About us Aleris Basal Home Healthcare operates on behalf of health centers and family doctor clinics during evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays. Our teams are based in five geographical areas in Stockholm County. We are part of Aleris Primary Care, which also includes ASIH, two specialized palliative care departments, Rehab Station, and Uppsala Urgent Care. Your role with us As a nursing assistant, you will work under the delegation of a nurse. Your tasks may include: • Medication management • Insulin administration • Tube and stoma care • Inhalations • Basic wound care • Catheter care We document in TakeCare and plan our work via Epsilon. Our base is at Fogdevägen 4A in Täby, and we operate within a clearly defined area. Between visits, you will use our environmentally classified cars. Working hours are scheduled for evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Please note that in this recruitment, we only hire permanent staff. In our home healthcare, we offer, among other things: • A well-planned introduction with follow-up • A culture that promotes employee engagement and idea development • A good work environment with short decision-making paths and present leadership About you We are looking for someone who: • Is a trained nursing assistant with a protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare • Has experience with delegated tasks • Is computer literate and has experience with TakeCare and Epsilon • Holds a valid B driver's license • Is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written Experience in home healthcare is an advantage. We believe you are independent, responsible, and confident in handling changing situations. You work methodically even in a fast-paced environment and always have the patient's best interests in focus.
