About this role
Welcome to us at Department G7! Here, we work together with commitment and expertise to develop each other and strengthen the organization. With us, you will have the opportunity to make an impact, make a difference, and grow in your professional role. We offer a dynamic work environment where you are surrounded by friendly, knowledgeable, and driven colleagues. Are you ready for the next step in your career? Then you could be our new colleague!
We are looking for someone who has a nursing assistant education with a course in emergency care and is accustomed to using a computer as a natural work tool. You can express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish. It is an advantage if you have experience as a nursing assistant in surgery, orthopedics, and urology.
We place great emphasis on your personal qualities. To thrive in this role, you are stable – you remain calm and have a realistic perspective even in stressful situations. You have good collaboration skills, are attentive, and communicate in a constructive manner. We also see that you are flexible and easily adapt to changes, as well as being self-driven and taking responsibility for your work.
What you will work with
As a nursing assistant in Department G7, you will become an important part of our team and work closely with nurses and doctors to provide our patients with the best possible care. You will support patients in their daily care, such as personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and ensuring they feel safe and well-prepared for examinations and treatments. You will take samples, assist in medical procedures, and play a central role in creating a good care environment. In addition to practical work, you will be responsible for documenting patients' conditions in the medical records system and reporting changes to other professionals. You will also contribute to the smooth operation of the department by restocking supplies, making beds, and serving meals. At G7, you will be part of an engaged and supportive team where we together create a safe and professional care environment, both for the patients and for each other.
