At the Gynecology Surgery Department, tumor surgery and other benign surgeries are performed. We look forward to strengthening our team and continuing to provide high-quality care to our patients. In our clinic, you will be part of a group consisting of nursing assistants, doctors, midwives, and nurses. We perform various examinations, sample collections, and treatments such as colposcopy and hysteroscopy, where you, as a nursing assistant, will be responsible for assisting doctors and preparing examination rooms. Your tasks will also include ordering materials, managing equipment, blood sampling, and eventually having some independent reception duties. Providing excellent care for our patients is a natural part of your daily routine. You will work closely with other staff members within the unit, and together we strive towards the goals of the organization. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and meets the requirements set by the National Board of Health and Welfare for a protected professional title, regardless of whether you studied under the previous or current program structure. Good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, are a requirement. Experience in somatic emergency care or outpatient care is an advantage for this position. As a person, you are calm and secure with a genuine interest in patient care. You possess an empathetic ability and want to work to ensure our patients receive the best possible care. We seek someone who enjoys working in a small team and has good collaboration skills. Furthermore, you are attentive, highly engaged, and adaptable to changing circumstances.
