Nursing Assistant for Acute Geriatric Ward 82, USÖ Job Responsibilities Standard tasks in an acute care department with 24-hour care at a university hospital. As a nursing assistant in Ward 82, you are an essential part of the care team. You work closely with patients and contribute to safety, care, and continuity in treatment. The tasks are varied and include, among other things: • Care for geriatric patients • Sample collection and basic medical techniques • Documentation in the medical record system • Daily collaboration in a multidisciplinary team • Participation in improvement work and quality development Additional Information Welcome with your application! Qualifications We welcome you who are a trained nursing assistant, preferably with a focus on acute care according to the previous program structure, or are a trained nursing assistant within the current program structure. To assess employability, transcripts from your healthcare education and proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare regarding protected professional title must be attached to your application. We are looking for someone who: • Has a genuine interest in elderly patients and their needs • Is positive, responsible, and contributes to a good work climate • Thrives with varied tasks and a fast pace Experience in geriatrics or acute care is an advantage but not a requirement. For us, your attitude and engagement are the most important. Application Selection and interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis. The application should include a CV, a personal letter, and transcripts of completed healthcare courses, as well as any proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare regarding protected professional title. Other certificates, grades, diplomas, etc., should be provided at a potential interview.
