We are now seeking two nursing assistants who are passionate about creating golden moments for our elderly in Lidingö. Here, we have approximately 30 employees, one unit manager, and 2 deputy unit managers who strive to provide the best for our customers every day. Working hours are 07:00-15:30. Our office is located near good communications close to Lidingö center. The position is full-time 100% with every other weekend shift. Job Responsibilities: You will visit our customers and offer support in their daily lives. Your tasks include helping with: • Care and hygiene • Cleaning • Shopping • Laundry • Meals • Walks Tasks also include documentation in compliance with legal requirements. Qualifications and Characteristics: We are looking for a trained nursing assistant with at least a couple of years of experience in elderly care, preferably in home care. You need to be able to document using a mobile phone, which is our primary work tool, and have excellent Swedish language skills. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing excellent service to customers and has a strength in identifying individual needs. You enjoy working both independently and in a team and are proactive in taking initiative.
