Nursing Assistant for AdeoCare in Bromma Evening Shift

We are now seeking nursing assistants (undersköterskor) who want to work evening/weekend shifts at AdeoCare Bromma. Our team consists of approximately 40 employees, one unit manager, and one deputy unit manager who work daily to provide the best service for our customers. Work hours are: 15:30-22:00. Our office is located near good public transportation, close to Stora Mossen metro station. We are offering 2 evening positions at a minimum of 70% or by agreement, with every other weekend shift included. These are permanent positions with a 6-month probationary period. We work in small geographical teams to increase continuity, quality, and ensure a good work environment. We are looking for someone who is proactive and wants to grow with us. A driver's license is required! Job Responsibilities: You will visit our customers and offer support in their daily lives. Your tasks include helping with: • Care and hygiene • Cleaning • Shopping • Laundry • Meals • Walks Tasks also include documentation in compliance with legal requirements. Qualifications and Characteristics: We are seeking a trained nursing assistant with at least a couple of years of experience in elderly care, preferably in home care. You must be able to document on a computer and have good Swedish language skills. You should be passionate about providing excellent service to customers and have a strength in recognizing their individual needs.
