Department Overview:
The department has 14 care beds, with one bed reserved for voluntary admission.
The department is located in the S:t Göran hospital area, centrally positioned, close to the city's pulse and with excellent transportation options.

The department is multiprofessional, consisting of nurses, nursing assistants, doctors, occupational therapists, and counselors. By offering supportive conversations, we encourage our patients to engage in activities, exercise, and develop good eating habits.
The department works with Safewards, a method to ensure patient care and strengthen their ability to influence the activities offered by the department. As a nursing assistant, you will have the opportunity to help plan which Safewards interventions will be applied.
Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking someone interested in patients with psychosis diagnoses. You are a positive person who wants to contribute to the department's development. As a nursing assistant, you will be responsible for psychiatric and somatic care alongside your colleagues. You will support your colleagues in daily work and participate in planning, performing basic care, providing supportive conversations, and documenting in the Take Care journal system.

Qualifications:
Approved nursing assistant education with protected professional title is required. We seek someone with a passionate interest in the patient group. You are driven, flexible, and creative. You should find it easy to collaborate and have the ability to work both independently and in a group. Extensive experience with the patient group is meritorious, as are psychiatric education and/or training as a Berg instructor.

You should be calm, confident, and flexible. Great importance is placed on personal suitability.
Terms:
Permanent employment with day/evening shifts and working 2 out of 5 weekends. 10-week rotating schedule.
