Psychiatric Nursing Assistant - Hourly Relief Worker

Hello! We are seeking a trained nurse assistant (undersköterska) to work as an hourly substitute at Bolmängen Psychiatric Treatment Home. Bolmängen is a private residence for individuals with mental and physical disabilities. Bolmängen is one of three care facilities in the Viking Group. To be a good fit with us, your approach to patients is of great importance. You need to have strong empathetic abilities and be service-oriented, as the well-being of our residents is our top priority. We are a small work group where you will work in a team alongside nurse assistants and nurses. We require that you are independent and responsible. For us, good community spirit is important, and we constantly strive to develop and improve our operations. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. If you have additional training and/or experience in psychiatry beyond your nursing assistant certification, this is a significant advantage. Excellent Swedish language skills in both speaking and writing are required. Work shifts are scheduled during day, evening, and weekend hours. We offer pedagogical meals including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Furthermore, there is an opportunity to work as an hourly substitute at our other facilities, Viking Care Home (HVB 50+) in Malmköping, and Virun (Elderly Care with psychiatric focus) in Mellösa.
