The Adult Psychiatry Care Area (VO) Kristianstad provides outpatient care in Hässleholm, Kristianstad, Simrishamn, and Ystad. Emergency and inpatient care are conducted in Kristianstad. Our catchment area has approximately 200,000 residents. We maintain excellent cooperation with municipalities through collaborative meetings and care planning.
The Adult Psychiatric Clinic in Hässleholm has around 50 employees. Our catchment area includes Perstorp, Hässleholm, and Osby municipality. We provide highly specialized outpatient care in interprofessional teams. Drawing from our diverse competencies and experiences, our mission is to offer residents specialized psychiatric assessment, investigation, diagnostics, care, and treatment based on available evidence.
We are a workplace with competent and engaged staff constantly working to develop and improve the clinic's operations. Our team comprises various professional categories, including medical secretaries, nurse assistants, physicians, physiotherapists, nurses, social workers, psychologists, unit managers, rehabilitation coordinators, and occupational therapists.
WORK TASKS
We are now seeking a new colleague to join our mobile team!
Tasks include conducting planned home visits, providing telephone support, and various administrative duties, including documentation. We offer psychosocial support and conduct psychiatric assessments during a limited assignment period. We also coordinate with other healthcare providers as needed. Our workload can vary significantly from day to day and week to week. The role involves both internal and external collaboration and other clinic tasks based on operational needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
We seek a trained nurse assistant or specialized psychiatric nurse assistant with approved secondary healthcare education (2500 points), approved adult care education via Komvux (minimum 1350 points), or equivalent nursing assistant training. The position requires excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. Experience working as a nurse assistant in psychiatry is mandatory. A valid Class B driver's license is required due to regular travel. Good computer skills and basic knowledge of the Melior journal system are considered meritorious.
Personally, you are calm and stress-resistant with the ability to adjust pace as needed. You can work independently and in a team. You demonstrate significant work engagement and the ability to recognize each patient's individual needs. You contribute to good collaboration through effective communication, a positive attitude, humility, and knowledge sharing with colleagues. We place great importance on personal suitability.
