Psychiatric Nursing Assistant

Hello! We are now seeking a colleague for our psychiatric treatment home at Bolmängen. You who are applying must be a trained nursing assistant and have a driver's license to receive a permanent position with us. Bolmängen is a private residence for people with mental and physical disabilities. We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant. Additional education and/or experience in psychiatry is a significant advantage. To be a good fit with us, your approach to patients is of great importance. You need to have good empathetic skills and be service-oriented, as the well-being of our residents is our top priority. We are a small work group where you will work in a team with nursing assistants and nurses. It is required that you are independent and responsible. Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing is a requirement. The schedule includes day, evening, and weekend shifts.
