Job Description
As a nursing assistant at the X-ray clinic, you are responsible for patient care before, during, and after examinations. Your tasks vary depending on the modality you are working on that day and the examinations to be conducted. You work closely with patients and in our IT patient flow systems, and maintain contact with referring clinics.
Work Team
The X-ray clinic in Norrköping is one of Sweden's most modern X-ray clinics, performing approximately 90,000 X-ray examinations annually for patients primarily from the eastern part of Östergötland. The clinic applies traditional plain radiography as well as ultrasound, computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and fluoroscopy. The clinic is in constant development and also conducts teaching and research. The clinic has approximately 110 employees, including doctors, radiology nurses, nursing assistants, and healthcare administrators. Our clinic also has trained reviewing radiographers.
About You
We are seeking a trained nursing assistant with a strong interest in technology and continuous development. Experience working as a nursing assistant in a hospital or radiology setting is meritorious.
You will apply knowledge, skills, and abilities in patient interactions and care situations. As you work in constant dialogue with patients and colleagues, excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, are required.
Personal qualities are important for fitting in and thriving with us.
