As a nursing assistant/care assistant in home care, you will: • Work closely with individuals and provide support in their daily lives. • Perform care and support work in people's homes. • Motivate and stimulate individuals based on their individual conditions, needs, and wishes. Services are granted based on assistance and can vary from personal care, meal support, social activity assistance, to collaboration with relatives. • Serve as a care contact and plan, implement, document, and follow up care work for individuals needing support and help. • Perform certain delegated healthcare tasks. We work based on social services law and the national core values, focusing on individual needs. The work involves providing social care and support with a health-promoting approach, which includes utilizing the individual's resources and focusing on their strengths. Our work group values good cohesion and a positive work climate. It is also important to us that we have fun together and that all employees play a crucial role. Work hours are scheduled for day, evening, and weekend shifts. QUALIFICATIONS Candidates should have previous experience in elderly care work. It is advantageous if you are a trained nursing assistant and have previous experience in home care, though not a requirement but will be prioritized. A driver's license is required as the operation covers a large geographical area and involves collaboration with nearby services requiring mobility. We are seeking someone who: • Has a positive fundamental approach and is both professional and confident in their role. • Has strong engagement and interest in the target group and the ability to interact with people professionally. • Is calm and clear in communication, attentive, and can motivate clients to preserve their abilities and independence. • Adapts easily to changing circumstances and new information. Can work independently, make decisions, and plan and reprioritize work when needed. Able to see the broader needs of the entire operation. • Can identify personal development areas and take responsibility for acquiring new knowledge. • Has good computer skills as documentation is an important part of our work. Ability to communicate and express oneself well, both verbally and in writing, in the Swedish language is required. We place great importance on personal suitability.
