Join Us as We Launch Our New Dementia Care Unit in Central Partille! In February, our new dementia-focused unit, Forellen 3B, will launch with a team of 6 nursing assistants. You will be part of a work team collaborating with Forellen 3A, a geropsychiatric unit. Forellen 3B is centrally located at Gamla Kronvägen 82, in the same building as Forellen 3A, Short-term Care, Partille Rehab, Central Home Care, Nursing Unit, and more. We work from a shared value base and a salutogenic approach, focusing on understanding each individual's conditions and stimulating independence. We strive to ensure that each care recipient experiences meaningful daily joy and community based on their individual needs. Together, we make every moment valuable. Our units in Partille Municipality are at the forefront, and we are now seeking nursing assistants driven to develop both the operation and their professional skills. By joining us, you have the opportunity to help shape and test new working methods in collaboration with other professionals. Qualifications We are looking for a trained nursing assistant. Previous experience in elderly care or home care is meritorious. Experience with BPSD and Senior Alert quality registries is also advantageous. Social documentation is a crucial part of the work, requiring proficiency in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. We seek team players who understand the importance of good interactions with care recipients, relatives, and colleagues. You are a structured professional with a strong sense of responsibility for tasks and contributing to a positive workplace environment. Work Details: - Shift work with varied hours (7:00-15:30, 7:00-16:30, 13:00-22:00, 15:00-22:30) - 37-hour work week - Scheduled to work 3 of 6 weekends per schedule period - Optional extra weekend shifts with additional compensation Personal suitability will be heavily weighted in the selection process.
