Are you a bit of a night owl who thrives on varied work, where no two nights are the same?
We are now seeking nursing assistants for our night patrol, an organization belonging to regular housing within the elderly and care administration. We operate from the Safety Center facilities located at Mariestad Hospital.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working closely with a colleague, is attentive, and confident in their professional role!
WORK TASKS
In the night patrol, we are nine colleagues working during the shift, distributed across five cars. We typically work in pairs, though some solo work occurs. The night patrol covers the entire municipality.
Main work tasks include:
- Conducting predetermined supervision visits to clients in regular housing
- Personal care
- Delegated healthcare tasks
- Responding to alarms received by the safety center
- Documentation and verbal reporting
The work involves close collaboration with your colleagues in the night patrol, safety center alarm operators, and night nurses. Your work hours are 21:15-07:15, working on a rolling ten-week schedule.
We are filling two permanent positions and two one-year temporary positions. Position scope ranges from 75-100%. In your application, you can indicate which of the two orientations you are interested in.
QUALIFICATIONS
To be considered, you should be a trained nursing assistant with work experience in home care and possess comprehensive nursing skills.
The work requires adapting your approach to each client and quickly switching gears in urgent situations. Personally, you should be attentive, positive, and confident in interactions with individuals.
You must be engaged, proactive, and have a positive attitude toward your work. Together with your colleague, you'll make night work both enjoyable and meaningful for care recipients and colleagues!
Since ongoing documentation is crucial, we seek high digital maturity and excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.
A B driver's license is mandatory.
