We are seeking 3 nursing assistants for the night patrol at Vardaga Home Care. You will be based at the Safety Housing in the Ullstämma district and, together with colleagues, be responsible for the areas of Johannelund, Ekholmen, Ullstämma, Sturefors & Bestorp. Your assignment: Home care work at night for our customers in the area, personal care, and responding to and managing safety alarms.
You will work in a team with several colleagues at night - a colleague is never more than a phone call away, but the work requires a great deal of individual responsibility, flexibility, and decision-making ability.
You will work with nurse delegation (medications, insulin, and stoma - after completed and approved training) and express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Documentation is an important part of the work tasks. We use time and intervention registration in the TES system and digital planning in the Epsilon system.
You will be part of a work team with close contact with the group manager and good colleagues. Contact with nurses and rehabilitation occurs through home healthcare. The position is: part-time, approximately 75%. You will work on a rotating schedule with every other weekend, starting work at 21:00 and finishing at 07:00.
Qualifications: You are a trained nursing assistant, and we prefer that you have worked for a few years in elderly care. Bonus points if you have previously worked in a night patrol. You see opportunities, have a positive basic outlook, and a strong commitment to people. The work requires you to be responsible and have personal maturity. You share your knowledge and experiences with your colleagues and naturally contribute to a positive work climate. You enjoy working independently and understand the importance of good interactions in every situation. A driver's license is required. We place great importance on personal suitability.
