Job Description
The primary role of a nursing assistant is to provide good individual care and service centered around the needs of the user, in accordance with the assistance decision and implementation plan, while respecting the user's integrity, participation, and self-determination. Create security, meaning, and well-being from a salutogenic perspective. We work according to the values of elderly care, ensuring that older adults live a dignified life and experience well-being. The tasks also include IT-based documentation and administration, as well as delegated health and medical care responsibilities. Daytime, evening, and weekend shifts are required.
Qualifications
Completion of the Care and Nursing Program with passing grades in core subjects or other education deemed equivalent by the employer. Good computer skills are necessary. Since you will be interacting with users, relatives, interns, and colleagues, it is important that you have an interest in helping others and that you are calm, attentive, and communicative in your interactions. The position requires good collaboration skills, flexibility, independence, and the ability to quickly adapt to new conditions, as solitary work is common. Personal suitability is highly valued.
Your role as an employee is closely linked to your ability to collaborate and participate in your own and the organization’s development. A B driver's license is required.
