Workplace The elderly care services in Karlsborg Municipality are primarily based at Haganäset Elderly Home, where all operations are centralized in one location. From Haganäset, the municipality's home healthcare services also operate. Most of our services are staffed at night, often with only one care staff member on duty. We are now introducing flexible positions to strengthen staffing during the night in our operations. Job Responsibilities This position is a flexible role, meaning you will work on a temporary basis in the area that is currently assessed to have the greatest staffing needs. The work also involves, based on your initial placement, patrolling and assisting with tasks in other operations during the night shift. Employment within home care at night may become relevant if needs arise there. You will work based on a person-centered care approach and with a rehabilitative mindset. Your mission is to support all aspects of care, service, and assistance according to the needs of the clients. You should be able to instill a sense of security, provide good care, and perform health care tasks as delegated. The work includes receiving written and verbal information as well as documenting in the operational system Viva. Qualifications You have formal qualifications as a nursing assistant. Experience from previous work in care and assistance is advantageous. A valid driver's license (B) is required. You are goal-oriented and can work towards jointly established objectives, are easy to collaborate with, and are attentive. You have a good ability to work independently and can take your own initiatives. After training, you should be able to work in our operational system and other IT systems used by the organization.
