This is a significant role where you will help enhance the quality of life for our residents and foster a work environment where colleagues thrive and develop.
Your new job
As a coordinating nursing assistant with us, you will have an important and guiding role for the caregiving staff in your unit. You will work closely with your colleagues in daily care and support, sharing your expertise and knowledge to ensure quality care and create a sense of security for our elderly residents.
Your responsibilities will include, among others:
- Ensuring the planning and structuring of care interventions
- Managing orders for consumables and food
- Conducting assessments and social documentation
- Introducing new employees and sharing your knowledge
- Maintaining continuous contact with the unit manager and other coordinators
- Contributing to schedule planning and staffing in daily operations as needed
- Other tasks related to the role
You are well-acquainted with the operations and collaborate with the unit manager and licensed healthcare professionals to drive development forward.
Your qualifications
We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant with several years of professional experience in elderly care. Digital competence is an important aspect of the role, and we would like you to have an interest in using and implementing new solutions with the latest welfare technology. You find it rewarding to have a coordinating role where you can mentor colleagues in caregiving and contribute to a positive work environment. At the same time, you have a genuine interest in enhancing the quality of life for our residents, considering each individual's needs with care and respect.
We place great emphasis on personal suitability, where a positive attitude and strong commitment are crucial.
