Nurse Assistant with Coordination Responsibilities

St. Knut and Aspen have a total of 99 apartments spread across two somatic departments, six dementia departments, a short-term/respite care department, and we also have a day activity center. The staff team consists of care personnel, coordinators, activity managers, specialist nursing assistants, and nurses. St. Knut and Aspen is staffed 24/7 with care personnel. On weekdays, occupational therapists and physiotherapists are also available. We are now seeking a permanent employed skilled nursing assistant with a coordination assignment. Are you a driven nursing assistant with a focus on individuals? Do you have previous experience as a coordinator? Are you development-oriented and not afraid of challenges? DUTIES As a coordinator, you work in care and are part of the team, closely collaborating with your colleagues and unit manager to ensure our care recipients receive their approved interventions. You have a holistic perspective regarding the organization's needs. You have a supervisory approach in the departments. Together with the unit manager and colleagues, you will drive and develop the operations towards set goals. You will contribute to an organization with clear structures and economic awareness. You are expected to maintain close contact with the work group and will collaborate with the unit manager to plan, drive, and follow up daily work according to current routines. As a coordinator, you do not have direct personnel management responsibilities. As a coordinator, you work daytime Monday to Friday and every third weekend. Our coordinators work in the departments and are part of the team based on the organization's needs.
