Nursing Assistant with Coordinator Responsibilities at Lindgården.
Full-time position of 37 hours/week.
You will work daytime shifts and 1 weekend out of 4.

Job Responsibilities
To provide care and service centered on the client's needs according to assistance decisions and implementation plans, with respect for the client's integrity, participation, and self-determination. Responsibilities include IT-based documentation, administration, and delegated healthcare tasks.
A portion of your employment will be administrative as you will also be employed as a coordinator. As a coordinator, you are responsible for planning work in line with the unit's goals, budget, and available resources. You will closely collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and managers to gain a comprehensive overview of the unit. As a nursing assistant, you will assist with basic care and support, activities, and social interactions with pensioners. Tasks include sample collection, documentation, dressing and undressing, meal and personal hygiene support, and daily management of laundry and cleaning.
Qualifications
Healthcare and Care Program or equivalent education providing nursing assistant competence and good computer skills. The position requires good collaborative abilities, flexibility, and independence. Strong emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
Trained nursing assistant, preferably with professional experience. The position requires you to work independently and in teams, and be flexible, as each workday differs.
Previous coordinator experience in elderly care is considered meritorious. As the work involves both administrative and operational care tasks, you must be able to structure your workday and maintain a professional approach with colleagues, administrators, and managers.

Terms
As of July 1, 2023, "nursing assistant" is a protected professional title, and you must apply for certification from the National Board of Health and Welfare to use the title.
Approved Swedish language proficiency.
Värnamo Municipality offers full-time as the norm, corresponding to 37 working hours per week. Schedules are planned to create a good work-life balance and meet operational needs.
Care Administration. We are responsible for our elderly, people with disabilities, and municipal home healthcare. The administration also works with rehabilitation and prevention to help our citizens live a good life throughout their lifetime.
