The department focuses on quality development, innovation, digitalization, process management, and includes roles such as Digitalization Strategist, Development Leader, and Welfare Technician. **What You Will Do** We are now seeking a trained nursing assistant interested in a role as a planner at Tylö Home Care. As a nursing assistant, you will primarily work with daily care and support, where you will perform approved services for our clients. The position also includes evening and weekend shifts. In the role of planner, you will carry out needs-driven administrative work as well as ongoing efforts. You will collaborate with other professionals, such as nurses, rehabilitation teams, and caseworkers, to meet the needs of our clients. The assignment also includes planning daily staffing and managing unplanned absences. You will be responsible for planning the approved services for our clients in our planning tool, as well as using several other system tools. As a planner, you will actively participate in networks with other planners within home care. **Your Experience** To support the operations, we are now looking for a trained nursing assistant who is also interested in the planner role within the unit. You have worked in home care and, through your experiences, understand the conditions needed for effective planning. Previous experience in planning efforts or resource planning is an advantage. You have good computer skills and knowledge of systems such as Heroma and Intraphone. Knowledge and interest in operational economics and digitalization are desirable. To thrive in the role of nursing assistant with planning responsibilities, you should be comfortable in a work environment with occasionally high work pace and be able to handle unplanned events with good organizational and planning skills. You balance orderliness and the ability to see the big picture with flexibility and humility. You enjoy working both independently and in a team, and you easily collaborate while taking personal responsibility and driving your work forward. As a person, you are accommodating and attentive to those you collaborate with, and you have the ability to build trust, security, and engagement among clients, staff, and partners. You possess strong communication skills in both spoken and written form and enjoy working in a role with many points of contact. A valid B driver's license is required. You also need to be able to cycle, as bicycles are used for client visits in the local area.
