Are you a nurse assistant with experience in reception work and administration? Does it sound exciting to work broadly and service-oriented with our customers and their employees? We are now looking for a new colleague at Falck's unit at Arlanda.
With our knowledge and experience, we at Falck Health and Work Life work consultatively with customers by guiding them to what should be done and proposing how it should be implemented to contribute to positive work environments and achieve the best effect for the customer.
As a nurse assistant at Falck, you are the hub of the unit, the face outwards to customers and their employees, and work closely with your colleagues at the unit.
Your work tasks include:
• Ongoing management of incoming bookings in Falck's administrative system and via our switchboard
• Customer interactions regarding various customer inquiries
• Internal administration such as supporting colleagues in internal bookings and scheduling
• Workplace coordination including purchases, invoice handling, mail management, etc. in close collaboration with the consultant manager
• Sample collection, such as venous samples, capillary samples, vision/hearing/ECG, etc.
We are looking for someone who:
• Is a trained nurse assistant with a protected title certification
• Has strong administrative skills and experience, as your tasks will primarily be administrative
• Has experience from medical reception work or similar
• Experience in venous sampling
• Has good IT skills as the computer will be your primary work tool
• Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently

You are positive and flexible in your approach, able to work both independently and collaboratively. Furthermore, you are solution-focused and work systematically and methodically.

Additional Information:
Upon employment, you must be able to present a certification of protected title.
Permanent employment beginning with a 6-month probationary period. Full-time employment (100%) with start date by agreement. Working hours on weekdays 8 AM - 5 PM.
The position is located at Falck's unit at Arlanda but also involves work at other units in Stockholm, so having a driver's license and access to a personal car is advantageous.
